I also offer 3D photo realistic renderings that support in bringing your designs to life.

Through my hands-on experience and technical knowledge I will support in transforming your space to a functional oasis that suits your aesthetic and lifestyle, while also reducing costly errors and increasing the value of your home. I look forward to collaborating with you.

The Process

  • Review project parameters such as timeline, client requirements/wishes & budget. Review space allocation & adjacency requirements. Consider site conditions like natural day-lighting, acoustics & air quality. Review Building Code & By-Law restrictions.

  • Define general aesthetic & key elements. Sketch & study design details such as traffic flow, decorative features & function. Review preliminary design direction with client.

  • Refine preliminary designs based on client communication. Transfer design drawings to a digital drafting model. Review with client and 3rd party partners (Architect, Contractor, Developer, etc.).

  • Review and select materials that complement the design and meet safety standards. Include any furniture, fixtures & equipment. Educate the client about sustainable options & promote healthy living environments. Provide specification booklet to correspond with ID drawing set.

  • Typical ID drawings include the following: demolition floor plan as required, partition plan, furniture layout, flooring and finish plan as required, reflected ceiling plan & interior elevations. Additional sections and details as required, including 3D photo-realistic renderings for visual support. These drawings can be used for pricing & construction.

  • Review and approve supplied shop drawings as required. Conduct regular site visits throughout the construction phase and answer any site related questions along the way. Complete a final walkthrough to ensure all deficiencies are corrected and issue a care and maintenance package.
